The founder and principal of dci lyncon is Dr Peter Lynch.

We assist small to mid-sized legal partnerships and practice groups of large partnerships to get to where they want to go. We can help your firm establish direction. We can provide hands-on coaching through the steps to get there. And we can help you build tangible practice improvements. We take a multidisciplinary approach, drawing from skills in accounting, finance, marketing, HR, and organisational design.
