Some of our clients find that a retainer relationship works best for them. With this approach, you effectively invite us to be part of your ongoing team. We agree a retainer, and then we work together on making improvements for your firm on an ongoing basis. Typically, some of what we do will be structured and regular, and some will involve a prioritised raft of new improvement projects.
